Shocking ProPublica reporting reveals a shuttered FBI investigation into hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of illegal donations to Sen. Collins’ 2020 campaign that may have directly resulted in tens of millions worth of Pentagon contracts in return.

These are scandalous allegations of corruption for ANY sitting senator. The Senate Appropriations chair, tasked with negotiating the annual Pentagon budget, mired in potential criminal bribery? That’s a five-alarm fire.

It burns all the hotter because FBI agents were reportedly given a “50-page document naming dozens of lobbyists, congressional staffers and members of Congress who he said helped him trade cash for contracts.”
