Win Without War

Tell Congress: Any peace deal MUST include Ukrainian voices

Whether it’s creating a new beach resort for his billionaire friends in Gaza or highlighting new “investment opportunities” in warming U.S.-Russia relations, Trump is laser-focused on finding and exploiting opportunities to line his and others pockets. And if he has his way, he'll sell U.S. foreign policy to the highest bidder.

That abhorrent worldview was recently on full display when Trump humiliated Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in the White House, claiming he failed to show sufficient gratitude after Trump demanded access to Ukrainian minerals.

Throughout three years of suffering in the face of Russia’s invasion, the U.S. government has stood by Ukraine. But in an instant, everything has changed. First, Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin started planning Ukraine’s future. Next, Trump began to rewrite history, falsely claiming that it was Ukraine that started the war, and working to delegitimize President Zelensky. Then, the U.S. and Russian delegates met in Saudi Arabia to discuss what will happen with Ukraine in the coming years and the United States voted against a UN General Assembly resolution condemning Russia’s unprovoked invasion.

One glaring omission from Trump’s conversations about Ukraine’s future? Ukrainians.

We want an end to this horrific war, but that won’t happen without Ukraine’s full participation. That’s why we’re starting a new conversation — and that means members of Congress need to hear from you today. Congress will play a key role in everything from U.S. financial support to ratifying U.S. commitments in a peace agreement. Republicans and Democrats alike must push the Trump administration to ensure Ukrainians, and Ukrainian civil society, have a seat at any negotiating table.
