Win Without War

Tell Your Rep: Strip Section 219 from the NDAA to Stop a Pentagon-IDF Partnership

The House is expected to vote soon on the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) — a bill that includes Section 219 (formerly “224”), which would all but fuse the Pentagon and Israel Defense Forces (IDF).

Joint weapons development? Unprecedented foreign leverage over the Pentagon’s priorities? Closer coordination between two deadly war machines? All this and more could all become the new norm if Section 219 is passed into law as part of the NDAA.

Reps. Ro Khanna (D-CA) and Thomas Massie (R-KY) are pushing forward an urgent amendment to STRIP this dangerous provision from the final bill before the House votes. It’s all coming down to the wire, and we’re sounding the alarm to act.

To members of the 119th House of Representatives:

I urge you to pass an amendment to strip Section 219, the "United States-Israel Defense Technology Cooperation Initiative," from the FY2027 NDAA.

This dangerous provision, which would deepen ties between the Pentagon and IDF to dangerous, unprecedented, and unnecessary effect, cannot move forward.
