Unprecedented bipartisan opposition pushed the National Defense Authorization Act, which usually passes without issue, down to a four-vote margin. 216 Representatives — 209 Republicans, 6 Democrats, and 1 Independent — voted “YES.”

We, the people, will hold them to account. Outrage is already brewing, and with more critical votes ahead on more funding for weapons and war, it's urgent that constituents like you remind these lawmakers that they got this vote wrong — and that you demand better.
