Tell Congress: Ban Weapons of War

Military-style assault weapons have become a favorite tool of mass shooters across the United States. From Newtown to Dayton to Odessa, mass murderers have chosen these weapons because they are designed to kill quickly and efficiently.

This must stop.

It’s time to get these weapons of war off our streets. Thoughts and prayers are not enough. Lawmakers must act now.

Military-style semi-automatic assault weapons are designed to kill as many people as possible in the shortest amount of time. Their very purpose is to rip apart human bodies. There is no reason that assault rifles like AR-15s should be sold on the civilian market. They should not be on the streets, or in our communities.
